본교와 자매결연을 맺고 있는 서호주대학(University of Western Australia) 물리학과에서 다음과 같은 Summer Research Program을 시행합니다.

석사과정생의 경우 BK21에서, 학부생의 경우 특성화 사업비에서 교통비와 체재비 지원이 가능합니다.

1. 프로그램: 호주 UWA의 International Research Training Program

2. 프로그램 내용

1) 연구: 과학 또는 공학분야의 UWA 연구자 지도하에 연구 프로젝트에 참여하며, 연구그룹의 박사 후 과정생 및 대학원생과 협력하여 연구함.

2) 문화경험

3. 지원대상(자격): 4학년 학부생, 석사과정생

4. 프로그램기간 : 2017년 7월 5일~8월 26일 (8주)

8. 지원절차

1) 3.10~3.23: 분량을 준수한 아래 모든 서류를 koko1977@skku.edu 로 제출

① Curriculum Vitae (max. one A4 page). This must include the following: Contact details, including email address;

-Any laboratory experience - this is important

-Ranking within School/Department (if applicable)

-TOEFL or IELTS scores, if you have them (please include reading, writing, listening and speaking scores) (not required for native English speakers)

-Any other relevant information

②Personal statement

        Explain why your previous experience makes you suited to this project? In particular, address any prerequisites that have been outlined by the supervisor (max 200 words). Outline any previous research or laboratory experience that you have. Please name that research group and the leader of the research group in your home university(max 100 words).

③Academic transcript

2) 3.24~3.31: UWA 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 지원(학과에서 심사 후 합격자 개별 연락 예정)

3) 4월: UWA에서 전화 interview 진행

4) 4월말: 합격자 발표
