Under a certain setup, we give the inflaton potential valid throughout the entire deformed conifold where D3-D3 bar pair is living. This allows us to study possible multi-field effects at the end of inflation. We also study the disturbance from the bulk which can significantly change the naive local predictions. These suggest further interesting and detectable observational consequences. This talk is based on 0807.1927, 0812.4649 and one more under preparation.
