아래와 같이 콜로퀴움을 개최하오니 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다. 4시 20분부터 2층 라운지세미나실에 다과를 준비하오니 많은 참석 부탁드립니다 아 래 제목: Energy Amplifier Systems:Simulation and Experiments in the Field 연사: Yacine Kadi 교수(에너지과학과) 일시: 2009년 11월 27일(금) 오후4:30 장소: 물리학과 세미나실(31355호실) 초록: Progress in particle accelerator technology makes it possible to use a proton accelerator to produce energy and to destroy nuclear waste efficiently. Energy Amplifier (EA) systems consist of a sub-critical fast neutron core driven by a proton accelerator. They are particularly attractive for destroying, through fission, transuranic elements produced by present nuclear reactors. EA’s could also transform efficiently and at minimal cost long-lived fission fragments using the concept of Adiabatic Resonance Crossing (ARC), an innovative method tested at CERN with the TARC experiment. 자료를 다운 받으시려면 아래의 링크을 클릭해주세요. http://physics.skku.ac.kr/ppt/20091127.pdf
