아래와 같이 콜로퀴움을 개최하오니 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다. 4시 20분부터 2층 라운지세미나실에 다과를 준비하오니 많은 참석 부탁드립니다 아 래 제목: Characterization of Molecular Transistors and Organic Memory Devices 연사: 이 탁 희 교수 (광주과기원) 일시: 2010년 4월 30(금) 오후4:30 장소: 물리학과 세미나실(31355호실) 초록: The idea of utilizing functional molecules as the electronic components in future ultrahigh-density electronic devices has generated tremendous attention. Obtaining transistor action from molecular orbital control has been the outstanding challenge of the field of molecular electronics nearly since its inception. In this talk, we demonstrate a direct electrostatic modulation of orbitals in a molecular transistor configuration, with both effective gate control and enhanced resonant coupling of the orbitals to the source and drain electrodes [1]. In second part of talk, our recent research on the organic non-volatile memories will be discussed [2]. And, if time is allowed, I will also briefly discuss other research results on nanoscale logic circuits [3] and graphene-electrode optoelectronic devices. 49402389764940238976
