제목: Optical spectroscopic probe on the surface state in three dimensional topological insulators

초록: The three-dimensional topological insulators (TIs) are at the
 heart of the current condensed matter physics field, featuring the
 spin-momentum-locked gapless surface states which give rise to
 interesting quantum phenomena possibly related to spintronics. Because
 the intriguing surface state for TIs is confined to a few surface
 layers, it is hard to address in conventional light-probing methods.
 In this presentation we will introduce our ongoing research on several
 three dimensional TIs by using magneto-optics and THz spectroscopy.
