초록: Photovoltaic effect as well as remarkable electronic transport properties have been recently reported in ferroelectric domains and walls in various multiferroics (ferroelectrics), revealing intriguing interplay between electronic properties and ferroelectric polarization. These remarkable conduction properties in ferroelectrics or multiferroics can be utilized for fast readout of ferroelectric state as a memory element and ferroelectric solar cells.
In this talk, I will review ferroelectric photovoltaic effects including the understanding of origin of ferroelectric photovoltaic effect and recent progress for enhanced photovoltaic performance. In addition, ferroelectric resistive switching effects will be discussed.
