아래와 같이 세미나를 개최하오니 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다. 아 래 1. 제목: Square lattice S=1/2 Heisenberg spin systems: Vanadium oxides and phosphates 2. 연사: Dr. N. Kini (Hiroshima Univ.) 3. 일시: 2006년 1월 16일 오후 2시 4. 장소: 물리학과 세미나실(31355호실) 5. 초록: Two dimensional spin systems with S=1/2 Heisenberg spins on a square lattice will be introduced. Possible ground states arising from different types and strengths of interaction will be discussed. Starting from examples of simple unfrustrated square lattices, frustrated antiferromagnetic as well as ferromagnetic square lattice systems will be presented. In particular, results of our experimental investigation on some interesting vanadium oxides and phosphates will be discussed in detail.
